How It Works
System Survey & Quote
A Gas Safe engineer inspects pipework, radiators and the boiler, checks for inhibitors, then issues a free, written no-obligation quote outlining the recommended flush and any preparatory work.
Controlled Power Flush
We connect specialist pumps and magnets, run a high-flow cleaning cycle to dislodge sludge and debris, and add inhibitor if required to protect the system afterwards.
Test, Report & Guarantee
After flushing we balance radiators, test flow and boiler operation, provide a written report and recommended next steps, and cover the work with our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
What is power flushing and when do you need it. Power flushing is a mechanical cleaning process that forces high-flow water and cleaning chemicals through your central heating to remove black iron oxide sludge, scale and debris. It is recommended where radiators have cold spots, circulation is slow, or following repeated boiler breakdowns. It is especially useful in older Staines properties with original radiators and long pipe runs where system build-up is common.
